Lily Allen has dropped 2 dress sizes after seeing a well known Harley Street slimming specialist.

The 23 year-old singer has gone from a size 12 down to a size 8 all thanks to the help of Susan Hepburn, whose £300 weight loss therapy includes a course in self hypnosis.

The course taught Lily to retrain her thinking so that she enjoys healthy food and popping down to the gym. She’s still struggling to quit smoking though.

“After hypnosis I want to go to the gym every day, otherwise I feel really bad,” said Lily.

“I just want to be more toned and healthy. I’m really good about everything at the moment, I’ve never been happier.”

Susan revealed in an interview to the Daily Star: “Lily was great, a really nice girl. I’m glad I could help her.”

Weight loss and diet is for many of us a burning issue. This is something the isn’t likely to change in the near future. For the moment I’ll be concentrating on Natural Slimming and Diet products. The First of these is Chá de Bugre also know as the Brazilian Slimming Secret. It’s said to be one of the slimming secrets of the stars. It’s certainly caused a storm in the states.

So firstly what is Chá de Bugre and what does it do? Well it’s a small red berry fruit much like a coffee been and it grows in the brazilian rain forest. It’s traditional uses include a coffee substitute, anti viral and anti septic as well as a heart tonic. That’s apart from the slimming and anti cellulite properties. What I’m really interested in are the appetitie suppressant qualities and how they compare to Hoodia Gordonii for example. Although I’m sure it will be the anti cellulite quality that will be of interest to a lot of people. I’m looking for research on both and I’ve found a number of good articles to make a start with.  One very interesting point to make is that Cha de Bugre has been very popular in Brazil for a very long time. For some reason it is only just coming to light here. In fact it’s so popular in Brazil it is a house hold name. So when you think about all those brazilian girls with their perfect bikini bodies it starts to make sense that they must know something we don’t.

As far as reseach in Brazil is concerned, there isn’t any. It’s been commercialised there for so long that nobody see’s the need to conduct trials. There is a lot of documented information regarding it’s weight loss potential and a lot of claims made about it’s ability to banish cellulite. It’s use as an appetite suppressent and weight loss aid stretches back for decades, also the Brazilian natives have used it medicine for hundreds of years. It has the ability to increase blood flow and it’s this that breaks down and shifts celluite. It also happens to benefit your heart, unlike some other slimming products. From the reports I’ve seen Cha de Bugre acts to reduce your hunger and not take it away completely. So people are eating smaller but regular meals. This does seem to be a much healthier way, rather than a starvation diet. Also there is no come down. You don’t find yourself ravenous at 3am when the effects have worn off.

Cha de Bugre is about as natural as it gets, it’s always the only ingredient in the pills or teabags. Some other natural products on the market have a number of different elements, one for energy, one for burning fat and something to curb your hunger. That’s all well and good if these formulas have plant extracts that are working together to get the effect the makers want. All of the ingredients may produce these effects individually, but what about when they are mixed together? Most health supplements and slimming products have some side effects, surely mixing a number of plant extracts together will increase tha risk. Maybe that isn’t the case but it makes sense to keep things simple. So far there are no reported side effects from Cha de Bugre, if does have caffine naturally. This is something that people with a sensitivity will want to avoid. If you drink decaf coffee and tea, never drink cola and avoid caffine like the plague, Cha de bugre isn’t for you. On the other hand if you do enjoy the odd espresso and can handle the occassional diet coke, it should be fine.

Further good news Cha de Bugre is nowhere near as rare or as expensive as Hoodia Gordonii. This makes it much more affordable. The prices range from about £12 to £30. All of the Cha de Bugre we’ve found is pure dried plant extract. If you see other ingredients it’s probably not worth the money. There will be a review of one of the leading brands and also some feed back from users, if you want to be involved or if you have a story just use the contact form to let us know. Check out our findings on the reviews page, we’re having a trial of our own. So far so good, but read the results for yourself. Could this be the Celebrity Slimming Secret or is it the team of fitness trainers and diet experts? We’ll find out.
